After a year of experimenting, I created a one-of-a-kind coffee table that celebrates the unique qualities of resin: its clarity, strength, and adaptability. I tested a variety of resins, pigments, and finishing products to understand the qualities of resin before designing this table. I fine-tuned my process through independent research and consulted local craftsmen to resolve issues along the way. The asymmetrical design plays with the dimensions of a standard coffee table to challenge the viewer's understanding of depth and proportions.
